Return Policy

We make every effort to give you our best products and service and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. We know, however, that life isn’t perfect and occasionally things go wrong. ​
So, let's make it simple! 
  • If you're not 100% satisfied with our products. we'll work with you to create a solution.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product. In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, we are offering a Bonus for you. Every Soap purchased online ( exception soaps purchased in the store or markets) will come with a small sample that u can try it and decide if the product suits you. We intend to avoid the original bar of soap to become a waste. Maybe another person will appreciate the formulation. Within the 30 days, if you intend to return or change the purchase, it is necessary to send an e-mail to specifies the following:
​•Name and Surname
•A telephone number
•The identification number of the order
•The code of the item you wish to return
•The reasons for the return
•If you wish to replace the product or be reimbursed.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. The only costs for which you are responsible are those relative to the return of the product.
  • If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, please let us know by email within 5 business days of delivery.
Where a return has been agreed with us and the item cannot be replaced, the original cost will be either refunded or credited to your account at our discretion.
The cost of returning a faulty or damaged item to us will also be reimbursed. Within 7 business days of the receipt of the products, we will arrange to make the reimbursement as follows:
•if the payment of the products being returned was originally made by credit card, the reimbursement of the amount paid will be made by crediting the credit card
•if the payment was originally made through PayPal, the reimbursement of the amount paid will take place according to the standard procedure of the platform, as described in the following link.
