PAYMENT METHODS
Different options for payment are provided.
1. Credit Card
Payment by credit card is done in total safety. The information of the payment is collected by the Visa and MasterCard circuit through an advanced technological coding system, using a secure server to guarantee the maximum protection of the confidential data, ensuring reimbursement should problems arise. Recently, Visa and Mastercard introduced new safety measures called Verified by Visa and Mastercard SECURE CODE. They provide for registration on the respective websites with the assignment of new customized safety codes.
2. PayPal
PayPal is a complete payment method for national and international payments. It is possible to pay using this system even if you don’t have a PayPal account, but using your credit card easily and safely. All major cards are accepted.
3. Interac
If you wish to pay by Email Money Transfer, at your earliest convenience, please send your e-Transfer to contact@grandmasapothec.com
A secondary email containing the answer to your security question must also be sent to contact@grandmasapothec.com unless we already have your password on file.
To send an Email (Interac) Transfer:

Login to your bank's online banking services.

Choose Pay Bills and Transfer and in the menu options, select Email Transfer.

Select us as the recipient or add us as a new Payee by entering: contact@grandmasapothec.com
Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information:

Dollar amount

Account from which to withdraw the funds

A security question that only we, as the recipient, will know the answer to, and optional personal message.

Send the answer to your security question in a separate email to contact@grandmasapothec.com
Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer. Your bank will provide you with a confirmation number for the sent payment.
4. Square:

Online purchase - pickup products at the local market

Online purchase - delivery to your place (only in Victoria & Greater Victoria).
